Our story began in 1972, when Jos\u00e9 Cerd\u00e0 Verd founded Construccions Jos\u00e9 Cerd\u00e0 Verd<\/em>laying the foundations of a family business built on a passion for quality work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1997, his sons, Mateu and Pep Cerd\u00e0, decided to carry on that legacy by founding Construcciones Cerd\u00e0 Fiol<\/em>, the company we proudly continue to lead today with the same commitment, dedication, and personal touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 50 years of experience in the construction sector and more than 240 completed projects of various types, we offer comprehensive, professional customized services for each client's needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have the assignment of section C of the business classification certificate awarded by the Advisory Board of Administrative Contracting of the General Directorate of Heritage of the GOIB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are one of the few companies in possession of the K7 certificate. This classification guarantees our experience and aptitude to carry out works of restoration of historical and artistic real estate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
